DebugIssue

DebugIssue helps developers of InfoLink to reproduce an issue or a bug at the clients side. It works as follows. Suppose you have a complex bug that only appears on your environment so that InfoLink developers cannot reproduce it on their test environment. In such case developers will need extended debug information collected from your instance of InfoLink. The developers will implement a custom code as part of DebuIssue operation and provide you an updated version of InfoLink with this implementation. You run DebugIssue operation setting only one parameter issueName, which will be provided by the developer. Then you copy extended debug information that you can find in the Activity Log to developers. This information will help developers to fix the issue.
